Hatha Yoga: Classes suit all levels of practice, including beginners. A series of static postures designed to systematically cleanse, strengthen and heal the entire body, mind and energy system. Practiced in a warm room.

Vinyasa: For students with more experience of yoga, not recommended for beginners. A series of postures in a dynamic flowing style, with a focus of linking breath with movement, utilizing sun salutations. Practiced in a warm room.

Level 1 Vinyasa: Good for newcomers to Vinyasa or those transitioning from Hatha to Vinyasa. Incorporating more description and covering the basics of a flow class.

Yin Yoga; Suits all levels. A slower yoga practice, holding postures for longer periods. Mostly practiced on the floor & often using the support of props. Booking is recommended for these small classes.

Pilates: Suits all levels. A core based workout building strength and flexibility, helping you recover from injuries and reducing the risk of further injuries.
